Of course nothing in reality is so linear but consider: USA February 26, 1993 when a truck bombing at New York’s World Trade Center left over 1,000 people injured. Two years later on April 19, 1995 the bombing of an Oklahoma City government building caused 675 accidents and 169 deaths. India, November 26, 2008 coordinated attacks in Mumbai left 300 injured and 66 dead. USA September 11, 2001 commercial jets used as guided missiles in a series of related attacks the most infamous being the one that targeted New York’s World Trade Center, total injured 8,900 and 2,993 dead 8,900. Et. al. Of course one must also take into account the implications of the use of weaponized anthrax through the mail, homemade ricin attacks in the Tokyo subway the various, ongoing attempts (so far unsuccessful) to produce a dirty bomb, and expected attacks at derailing air land and sea transportation by blocking GPS signals, or (more subtle yet) by driving ships into reefs etc by substituting the satellite signals for erroneous ones, etc, etc, ad infinitum.
